By you proceeding with the services of Resume Results, you agree and abide by the terms and conditions as set out in this agreement.

By entering this website, you are assuming all risks to your computer including any viruses transmitted.

You also agree that any personal and private information sent to Resume Results will be used solely for the purpose of providing a service to the client and will not be disclosed to anyone not employed by Resume Results unless otherwise stipulated by the Client.

Limitation of Liability. You agree that Resume Results entire liability, and your exclusive remedy, with respect to any service(s) provided under this Agreement and any breach of this Agreement is solely limited to the amount you paid for such service(s). Resume Results shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use any of its services or for the cost of procurement of substitute services.

Exclusion of Liability.  Resume Results will not be liable for the Client and the Client waives any right it has to claim, any loss of income, loss of profit, production, contract, customers, goodwill, opportunity or business, or any indirect, special or consequential loss or damage of any nature whatsoever arising under or in connection with the Interview Skills Coaching and Other Services including Writing Services provided for Jobseekers and Employers, or these Terms and Conditions, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), under statute, in equity or otherwise.

Copyrights & Trademarks. The trademarks, names, logos and service marks (collectively “trademarks”) displayed on this website are registered and unregistered trademarks of the website owner. Nothing contained on this website should be construed as granting any license or right to use any trademark without the prior written permission of the website owner. The written content displayed on this website is owned by its respective author and may not be reproduced in whole, or in part, without the express written permission of the author.

Modification. Resume Results reserves the right to revise the terms and conditions of this Agreement at any time. Any such revision will be binding and effective immediately upon posting of the revised Agreement on our website. Your continued use of our site constitutes agreement to any revision of the terms and conditions of this  Agreement.

Governing Law. This Agreement shall be governed in all respects by the laws of Australia and by the laws of the State of South Australia. Each of the parties irrevocably consents to the exclusive personal jurisdiction of the federal and state courts located in each state of South Australia, as applicable, for any matter arising out of or relating to this  Agreement, except that in actions seeking to enforce any order or any judgment of such federal or state courts located in the state of South Australia, such personal jurisdiction shall be non exclusive.

Suitability of Services. To the maximum extent permitted by Law, the Client acknowledges and agrees that:

• Resume Results does not warrant or guarantee any outcomes, or the suitability of, the Interview Skills Coaching Services and any other services provided for any purpose;
• Any advice or other information provided by Resume Results is not to be taken as legal, financial or insurance advice, and the Client will seek independent legal, financial or insurance advice from a suitably qualified advisor or institution, and will ensure that they seek advice, before implementing or applying any of the advice or information provided by Resume Results.

Changes. We reserve the right at our discretion to make changes, modify the website including our services, pricing and contact details without any prior notice.

Refund policy. We do not give full refund due to our clients changing their mind or feel they made a wrong decision in utilising our services.

Quality policy. We make every attempt to provide accurate and quality work, however we do not guarantee high quality work or any results/outcomes from our work in assisting our clients in obtaining and/or finding employment. We do not guarantee interviews and successful results from interview with the assistance of our interview skills coaching and all our other services provided.  

Disclaimer. The materials on this site may contain inaccurate information or spelling errors. Resume Results does not warrant the correctness or completeness of the materials or the reliability of any advice, opinion, statement or other information displayed or distributed through the website. You accept that any dependence on any such opinion, advice, statement, report, or information shall be at your own risk. Resume Results disclaims liability for errors and omissions in the contents of this website. Resume Results reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to make corrections to any errors or omissions in any portion of the site. Intellectual Property. The Client acknowledges and agrees that Resume Results will retain ownership of all Intellectual Property created as a result of or in connection with the Interview Skills Coaching Services, CV Writing, Selection Criteria  Writing Services and other Services  which produce intellectual property.
